Miss Cindy Bell and Paul Groves were united in marriage on Saturday. February 2b in the Teegarden First Brethren Church during a 5:00 p.m. double-ring ceremony performed by Rev. Jim Gilmer. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Bell, route 1. Walkerton and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Groves. Walkerton. The bride was escorted down the aisle on the arm of her father. The bride chose a white sata gio gown with a v-ncekline and bishop sleeves adorned with Venise lace and delicate ble ribbon. Her chapel length train was edged in Venise lace. Miss Kathy Elaugher. Walkerton. was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Miss Carolyn Miller, Mrs. Randy Lichtenbarger. Mrs. Stewart Slicker, sister of the groom and Miss Tammy Bell, sister of the bride, all of Walkerton. They wore A line apricot print gowns with white hats trimmed with apricot'

PUBLIC TO EXPRESS VIEWS AT MEETING Hoosiers across the state soon will be able to express their views on the state's proposed SBB million Title XX Service Plan at eleven meeting sites, according to State Welfare Administrator Wayne A. Stanton. The meetings will provide community involvement in the planning and review process regarding social service needs for various state regions for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1977. President Ford signed Title XX of the Social Security Act into law on January 4. 1975. This program pros ides Federal funds to be allocated to each state on a population basis for use in providing needed social services within Federal guidelines. Because Title XX funding is based on a reimbursement system, Title XX cannot be used as a source of grants to public or private agencies. About 75 percent of the cost of services delivered are reimburs-

Social services to Indiana communities include day care, day-ac-tivity, counseling, foster care, adoption and many other programs for low-income, elderly, and disabled citizens. Meetings to review and discuss the proposed Title XX plan arc scheduled for the following cities and dates: Richmond. March IS; Bloomington, March I"; Terre Haute, March 23; Evansville. March 24; Gary. March 29; South Bend, March 30; Fort Wayne. March 31; Madison. April 5; Jeffersonville. April 6. Lafayette, and Indianapolis, April 14. Stanton stressed that the meetings are open to all agency administrators. United Way workers, city and country government workers, citizens groups, and private citizens. Brian R.
