Fashion Express To Be Shown At North Liberty “Fashion Express," has been chosen as the theme for the annual style show to be presented by the Zeta Pi Chapter of Tri Kappa, at North Liberty High School gymnasium on May 18 at 7:30 p.m. Fashions will be provided by Treats For Her, of Plymouth and the Brass Lion, of Walkerton. Mrs. Dale Shencman and Mrs. Howard Jones, co-chairmen, announced their committees at the March 9 meeting of the sorority in the home of Mrs. Keith Rininger. The chairmen include, tickets, Mrs. Tom McCormick: publicity. Mrs. Robert Ovcrmyer; entertainment, Mrs. Jerry Knepp; programs, Miss Joan McCormick; models, Mrs. Audine Manuel and Mrs. Jack Carr; door prizes. Mrs. Keith Rininger; refreshments, Mrs. Leon Davenport and decorations, Mrs. Virgil Robinson. A choral group from Bethel College will provide the entertainment. Proceeds from the annual event are added to the scholarship fund which benefits North Liberty High

School students. Mrs. John Pcddycord. president protem, presided during the business meeting. The fifteen members present joined in discussing the contents of the constitution as Mrs. Jerry Knepp reviewed it with them. The Easter breakfast will be held on April 2 from 10 to 11 a.m. in the North Liberty High School cafeteria. Mrs. Michael Knepp, chairman, announced it will be held for North Liberty youngsters, pre schoolers thru fourth grade. Refreshments will be served and treats for all students will be distributed. As usual Easter Bunny will entertain again this year. Other sponsors of the party are the Volunteer Fire Department of North Liberty; Wells Local 194 and the North Liberty Lions Club. A beautifully decorated cake, bearing the flower, symbol and colors of Tri Kappa, was served with punch in celebration of the eighth anniversary of Zeta Pi by the co-hostesses, Mrs. John Carroll and Mrs. David Reinhold. The chapter was installed on March 28, 1969. There were fourteen charter members initiated. The April 13 meeting will be held in the home of Mrs. Jack Carr. An
