Miss Jill Mane Carbiener. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray J. Carbiener. Plymouth, and Jeffery Brent Sasage, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Savage. Concord. New Hampshire. were united in marriage during a 2:00 p.m. ceremony in the First United Methodist Church. Plymouth, on Saturday. January 29. Rev. William Hemming read the vows for the double-ring ceremony. Mrs. Kenneth Klinedinst. Walkerton, was pianist and Miss Karen Donat hen. cousin of the bnde. North Liberty, was vocalist. The bride was escorted down the aisle on the arm of her father and for her wedding she chose a gown with a bib of Venice lace appliques and tiny pearls highlighting the empire bodice and V-neckline fashioned of white qina with fitted long sleeves edged with a deep flounce and a lace edged fingertip mantilla. The bride carried a bouquet of roses, carnations and baby's breath. Matron of honor was Mrs. Curt Pletcher. Plymouth, and bridesmaid was Miss Gina Carbiener. sister of the bride. Plymouth. The attendants wore long slate blue dresses of luxury suede which featured deep cuffs, a cow-1 neckline and matching headpieces. ELach carried two long stemmed red roses with baby's breath. Dick Aldnch. Wheaton. Illinois, served as best man. Groomsman was Frank Kacykowski. Valparaiso and ushers were Bruce Gustafson and John Schur, of Valparaiso. Seventy people battled wind, snow and sub-zero temperatures to attend the wedding and reception which was held at the Plymouth American Legion The guests came from Montana. lowa, Michigan and Indiana

A buffet luncheon was served by Mrs. Kent Sanders, of Plymouth. Mrs. Garey Kaser, of South Bend and Shelia Sheley. of Bremen. The couple plan a summer honmoon to New England. They will be at home in Valparaiso. The bride graduated from John Glenn High School in 1972 and from Valparaiso University. She is employed as a caseworker at the Porter County Department of Public Welfare in Valparaiso. The groom is a 1972 graduate of Wheaton Illinois Central High School and from Valparaiso University. He is employed as an assistant manager with Personal Finance Company in Michigan City.
