Tri Kappa News The Walkerton chapter of Tri Kappa met on Thursday, January 6 in the Walkerton Nursing Home with the members being treated to a slide presentation by the art instructor at John Glenn High School. Mr. John Thomas. Mr. Thomas narrated the slides telling of the different techniques used in his paintings, drawings and sculptures. Following the program an affiliation ceremony was conducted for Miss Sue Humphreys who comes to the local chapter from South Bend. Information will be provided at the meeting for volunteers to help in the house-to-house family membership drive. Miss Linda Huhnkc. president, announced that the state convention will he held on April 29 and 30 at French Lick. Mrs. I.eo Mahoney will be a delegate and Mrs. Glenn Jacob the alternate. Hostesses for the evening were Miss Huhnkc and Mrs. Don Aschliman.
