Mrs. Roy Miller was taken to ' the LaPorte Hospital on Saturday at ter suffering a heart attack and she is in the intensive care unit. Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Smith came home from a vacation in Florida where they had gone for sight, seeing and a few short visits and Mrs. Jack Prentis flew down to spend a few days and to return home with the Smi?hs on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Daube attended a retreat for young adults from the Tracy United Methodist Church over the week end at Epworth Forest. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Burch and her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Hathaway, returned home on Sunday from a two week vacation in Florida. Victor Slott, Jean Divine and Myrtle Slick, all residents of the Walker, ton Nursing Home, traveled on Thursday, February 27, to the Ridgedale Nursing Home in South Bend. Bingo was enjoyed as well as the trip. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Delaney and family, of Lafayette, were week end guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Knowlton. Mr/ and Mrs. John Garab returned home last week from a six week vacation spent in Florida. At Keenansville they visited Mr. and Mrs. Roy Drake at Lake Wales they visited Mr. Garab's two brothers and on Tine Island.
