Mr. and Mrs. Gregg Doll spent the week end in W’alkerton visitmg with their respective families, Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Zart. man and Mr. and Mrs. Denslow Doll. On Sunday they were dinner guests w.th his parents and Mr. and Mrs. Don Swanson, of Valparaiso, were also guests. For the Easter week end they were in Dyer, Indiana, with their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Downs.

Mrs. Leonard Beaty was dismissed from the LaPorte Hospital on Tuesday of this week where she had been for a week as a medical patient. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Frailey were in Dyer, Indiana, Sunday to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Rans who had celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Knowlton returned home from Lake Placid, Florida, where they spent a couple of months during the winter, returning on Wednesday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilson, of Mexico, Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. Larry Anderson and sons, Niles, Michigan; and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Estlick and daughter, of Detroit, were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Jacobs and family. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Wolfe and Bill, of Park Forest, Illinois, and Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Walz were Easter Sunday guests of Mrs. Glen Walz. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Eckhoff came home on April 6 from Mesa, Arizona, where they had spent the winter months. They purchased a mobile home there and will be spending several winters there. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Kerchaert returned home Saturday after a four month stay- in Lake Placid, Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Butch Smith and family, of Bourbon, were here to welcome them home.
