Approval was al o given for several panels of plywood to be paced along the west fence of the tennis court in the town's recreational area on Washington Street. The addition of the panels will permit a single individual to practice at the court. The United Telephone Company of Indiana was given permission to bury telej^ione cable for a dis. tance of approximately 3.683 feet along the right-of-way from State Road 23 to the Glenview Estates area on Walkerton Trail. The board noted several existing violations of the junk vehicle (•dinance and agreed that the police department should be instructed to strictly enforce that ordinance.
ST. PATRICK’S WOMEN'S CLI B TO MEET St. Patrick Women's Club will meet on Wednesday. Apr.l 3 at 7:30 p.m. in St. Patrick School Hall. The program for the evening is to be announced. During the business session, attendance committments will be solicited for the Deanry of Catholic Women's Communion Breaklast to be held April 4. Members may place reservations for this event by contacting Mrs. Alex Laskowski at her residence. Mrs. Robert Legge will pre e ent the completed plans for the club’s visit to the RN Nursing Home, Teegarden. The visitation date is to be announced at this meeting. Hostesses for the meeting are Mrs. Helen Flaugher, Mrs. Elburt Place. Mrs. Dennis Groves and Mrs. Jerry Groves.
