Week end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pugsley were Mr. and Mis. Larry Pugsley aid son, of St. Paul, Minn. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Stull on Sunday in honor of Mrs. Stull’s birthday, were Mr. and Mrs. Ljnn Stull and family, Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Smith, Mr. aid Mrs. Rex Stull and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Blackburn and son, Mr. and Mrs. Warner Clark and Mrs. Pearl Stull. Ice cream and cake was enjoyed. Guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Branson Hiatt over Saturday and or Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Anderson and family, of Wheatfield: Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hiatt, South Bend: Mr. and Mrs. Chester Need, of Gary: Miss Mary Henning, Culver; and Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Parcel- and family. of Winamac. They came to wish Nancy the very best upon her graduation from John Glenn on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. John Sorenson, St. Petersburg, Florida, (former Koontz Lake residents) arrived Thursday, May 24, for several months stay at the Nyberg cottage on the Southwest side of Koontz Lake. They will be pleased to meet old friends. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Jones and family, of Michigan City were here Sunday as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmeltz and to attend the graduation at John Glenn with Roger Schmelz and Brad Schmeltz among the graduates. Mitchell. Ky.. with Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bandendistle visiting on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. K. Arnold Johnson and daughters, Frances and Linda, of Bethesda, Md., were among the Walkerton High School graduates to attend the Alumni Banquet Saturday evening. Mr. Johnson graduated 25 yeaVs ago. They made their headqarters with Mr. and Mrs. Newton Williams for the week end. Mr. Johnson's parents, who resided here for many years, Arthur and Ruth Johnson, are now residing in Charlottesville, Va. Mrs. K. Arnold Johnson is a native of Lima, Peru, and met her husband while they were employed m^Vashington, D.C. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Dipert an<l familv, of Kingsbury. Mrs. Francia Holland, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Shores and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Shores, all of Walkerton, attended the wedding of a nephew, Steven Holt, and Terri McComb-; on Saturday night at the Faith United Methodist Church, in Kokomo. The group, along with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Holt and Susan, remained in K<>komo overnight and traveled to New Haven the next day for the graduation and open house of David Holt, the youngest son of the Robert Holts.
