Mr. and Mrs. Harry MasterTian and their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Masterman and Brett, returned from a ten :ay stay in Florida recently. They i isited in St. Augustine where they toured the oldest town in America plus visiting the Spanish Fort. After leaving St. Augustine they proceeded down the coast and stopped at Mar.neland where they watched the porpoises. The rest of the trip was spent at Ormand Beach where they stayed and took trips during the day. One day was spent at Silver Springs where the Mastermans enjoyed watching the fish thru the glass bottom boats. The high noint of the trip was their visit to Disney World where a complete lay was spent at the Magic Kinglom. After a week of visiting historic sites and tourists attracion% the Mastersnans headed jack home and left on Saturday it 6:0 a.m. to 86 degree weather ind arrived on Sunday with the emperaXure In the 30’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Anderson and son, of Niles, Michigan, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilson, of Mexico, Indiana, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Jacobs and family. Dr. and Mrs. Cloyd Selix, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, left Monday for home after a week’s stay with Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Beaty and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hostetter. Mrs. Francis Holland and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Shores, Walkerton, along with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Dipert and family, of Kingsbury, attendee! the wedding Saturday of a nephew, Gary Holt to Lynn Beuscher at the United Methodist Church in New Haven, Indiana. The ceremony was written by the late Rev. William Beuscher, grandfather of the bride. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Kaufman of Fish Lake entertained at a four o’clock dinner for Mrs. Esther Kaufman, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Epperson and family, Mr. and Mrs. James Arney and Douglas, Mrs. Melba Arnev and Mrs. Daisy T^neprly. of Fish Lake and Mr. and Mrs. Richard White and family, of LaPorte.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Duffey and Helen Allison, of Mishawaka, spent May 2 in Walkerton visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bandendistel. On Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Bandendistel of LaPorte, were guests of his parents. Mr. Leonard Beaty was a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bandendistel week before last and showed them slides of a trip to Brookville and the surrounding territory where Charles used to trod. The slides were enjoyed very much. The carry-in dinner for the Koontz Lake Conservation Club will be Saturday evening at 5:30 pm. with Albert and Dorothea Brenner as host and hostess, The business meeting of the club will be on Friday, May 19, at 7:30 jm. at the club bouse.
