Janet and Lori Gengile, of Lombard, Illinois, and Jeffrey Barr, cf Glen Ellyn. Illinois, spent the week at Koontz Lake visiting their aunt, Mrs. Russell Snuth. Albert Brenner and Miss Dorothy Brenner entertained for Easter Sunday, Mr. Bill Brenner and Mr. and Mrs. Don Brenner and daughter, of Evanston, Illinois. Easter supper guests of Mrs. B.rtha Urbin were Dr. and Mrs. John Guttman and fantly, of Wakarusa, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Urbin. Steve Daube. son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Daube, route 3, Walkerton, received notice recently that he was chosen as a delegate for the 1973 youth tour to Washington, D.C., sponsored by the Indiana REMC and the Indiana Rural News, on June 10-16. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Fouts and Kathy, returned home last week after a four day vacat.on at Poplar Bluff, Mo., where they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Markham. Mrs. Fouts also visited with two of her school classmates. Mr Fouts states that we have lots to be thankful for after seeing the farm land and the cotton crops that were not harvested on account of water.

Miss Robin Cripe, Whittier, California, spent two days here with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Schultz and Winnie during her Easter vacation. After spending a few days with her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Cripe, and famdy in Chicago, she came here to visit with friends and relatives. Robin will graduate from school this year in Whittier. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hostetter and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Beaty were Easter Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Cole and sons. The Koontz Lake Conservation Club carry-in dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. CST Saturday evening at the club house. Mrs. Emma Ward and Mrs. Mildred Rice are the hostesses for the evening with a social hour following. Mrs. Robert Awald returned home Saturday from Rochester, Minn., where she accompanied her sister, Mrs. George Cox, New Port Richey, Florida, to Mayo Clinic. Mrs. Cox underwent surgery and is doing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Stahly returned home Monday from their w.nter stay at Lake Placid, Fla. They flew to Detroit and Mrs. Don Reis and daughters accompanied them home and will remain here for a week visit. Robert Anderson and Mrs. Thelma Kost w-cre in Niles, Mich., Sunday to spend Easter with his daughter, Mrs. Kenneth King.
