SHAMROCKS TOP JIMTOWN The North Liberty Shamrocks rode the bat of Chris Gensinger to a 5-3 win over Jimtown in a Northern State Conference game. Gensinger pounded a three run triple in the bottom of the sixth and had earlier hit a solo shot homer for the margin of victory’. Jimtown had taken a 2-1 lead after Gensinger’s homer until the big blow in the sixth pushed the Shamrocks in front to stay.
