Not th Liberty Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Kurzhal spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. James Pellow, in Ardmore. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Strope spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Strope, in South Bend. Mr. and Mrs. EmtJry Thomson, of Sullivan, were guests of Mrs. Fred DeCoudnes on Sunday and Monday they all called on Mr. and Mrs. Charles Finch on Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Clark, of North Liberty, spent Saturday evening at dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Clark and family, in Mishawaka. This was also a 31st weddng anniversary belated celebration. A daughter was born on April 12 in Parkview Hospital, Plymouth, to Mr. and Mrs. Dane Hoffheim, of North Liberty. Mrs. Charles Hammaker spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hammaker in Leesburg. Mrs. Cecil Weber is a patient in the St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Sheneman spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Richard Whitmer. Mrs. Myrtle Donathen was a Sunday dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Dona then. * Mrs. C. E. Hevel returned home from St. Petersburg, Florida, where she had spent the winter with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hal Hovel. Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Bickel, New Carlisle, visited Mrs. Gertrude Sheneman and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Clark on Sunday. Mrs. Edgar Platz has been a patient in Memorial Hospital in South Bend the past week. Mrs. Mildred Mathers, of Middlebury’, has been vsiting Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Gouker and Mr. and Mrs. John Gouker. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lambert and son Micha, of Elkhart, and Mr. and Mrs. John Clark and children were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Clark. Monday evening visitors were Mr. and M rs. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Oglesby returned home recently fr< m Cape Canaveral where they had spent the winter. , Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bailey and Brenda, of Goshen, called on Esther Harman, on Sunday night. Mrs. Wilfred McEndarfer, of Bremen, visited several days with Mrs. Harry Mangus and Mrs. Willard Knepp. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sheneman and Mrs. J. C. Milner, of Walkerton, called Sunday on Robert Svhmeltz in the LaPorte Hospital. They also called on Mr. and Mrs. Owen Wisenbaugh and son Richard of near LaPorte as Mr. Wi-enbaugh recently returned home from the hospital and also they called on Mr. and Mrs. Marion Wolff to congratulate them on their 40th wedding anniversary at Fish Lake. A farewell dinner honoring David Foreman, was given by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Foreman on Sunday. David, an electronic engineer, will soon be moving to Tucson, Arizona where he has accepted a position with Hamilton Aircraft Corp.
