Mi. and Mrs. James Morrey and Dorothea and Albert Brenner drove to Galena, Illinois, for a few days and visited the historical landmarks in that vicinity. -From there they went to the village of Dickeyville, Wisconsin, to See the Grotto and Shrine erected on Holy Ghost Parish grounds. On their return trip they stopped at the Mississippi Palasades National Park. The trip was climaxed by having dinner at the Tun Os Yesteryear in Kankakee. • Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth KlintJinst gave a joint birthday party for their children Sherry and Michael.
