Mr. and Mrs. Leland Frailey, 605 Washington Street. A Walkerton High School graduate and she also graduated from Ball State University. She is presently employed as a first grade teacher in the Oregon-Davis system at Hamlet. The groom is uie son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Scott, 1300 Ohio Street, Walkertom He is also a Walkerton High School graduate and a Navy vet. He is presently employed as a carpenter with the South Construction Company of South Bend. Une empire waist which featured a high neckline of lace and long fitted sleeves. The hem was fourteen inches of candlelight lace ruffle. A floor length veil of double elusion completed the brides attire. She carried a round white and pink daisies with blue baby's breath with white, pink and blue streamers finished with ivy strands. Matron of honor was Mrs. David Dutcher of LaPorte and she wore a blue and white checked empire waist gingham sleeveless gown with fourteen inches of pink gingham checked ruffle and a pink checked collar with a belt bow in back. She wore a picture hat with a pink ribbon for trim. She carried a large round bouquet ol pink and blue daisies with ivy and baby’s breath. Bridesmaids were Miss Beverly Young of Dyer, Indiana, cousin of the bride and Mrs. Kenneth Baker, sister of the bride, of route 3, Walkerton. The attendants gowns were the same as the maid of honors. Miss Carie Bowsell of Crown Point, Indiana was flower girl and she wore the same style gown as the other attendants and she carried a white basket with pink, blue daisy petals. Best man was Matthew Sawyer of Clinton, Maryland and groomsmen were David Huff and Jerry Scott, brother of the groom, both of Walkerton.. A reception was held at the American Legion Hall, Lakeville for 200 guests. A four-tiered wedding cake^decorated with bells on top and small pink and blue trimming was served by Mrs. Marlon Shearin of Hamlet and Mrs. Frank Earner of Walkerton. Miss Diane Young, registered the guests. A wedding trip to Atlanta, Georgia is»being enjoyed by the couple and they will be at home after June 11 ^at 203 Michigan Street, Walkerton. The bride chose to wear a sleeveless blue check gingham mini length dress with pink checked ruffle for her going away. dress.
