For me secouu yeai ».. <* m.., Coach Aschliman’s Urey Panthers took the Knox Invitational Trade Meet. Urey on its way to victory defeated Knox, Knox Cah£ornia» Culver and Pioneer. Urey had three men place first in the meet. Dave Garab won the long jump with a leap of9%*, the long jump with a leap of 10* 9V, Bob Hockett took first in the long hurdles with a time of 15.§ and Richard Carpenter won the 100 yard dash in a time of 11,6. Urey showed strengtn 'by placing more than one man in all the running events except one. The Panthers close out their season Wednesday with the County meet at Triton. Urey is also the defending County Champs.
