plant and necessary mains and incercepter lines. To finance the engineering co?ts, estimated at $46,000, the board authorized its president, R.A. Nusbaum, to make application through the state’s postwar revolving fund for a loan to finance this phase of the long range program. In other business, the board and a group of town employees discussed health insurance coverage the town is plannning to start the first of the year. The Town will provide $lO for insurance coverage of each employee and payroll deductions for each
participating employee will provide monthly premium cost. The town employees at the meeting indicated their preference for coverage offered by the Travelers In.-urance Company and the board approved their choice. The board indicated that other employees having individual health insurance coverage with other companies won't be eligible for coverage financed in part by the town unless they enroll with the Travelers Insurance Company. Authorization was given for the St. Joseph county health department to be contacted to investigation several cited health violations recently brought to tlie board’s attention.
