Charles Dixon hag returned home from Pine Lake Ho pital, LaPorte, where he is convalescing. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sorgenfrei, Mark and Kathleen, of South Bend, and Mrs. Laura Ruff were recent visitors of Mrs. Es.her Harman. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Parsons and Brian, of Niles, Michigan, called on Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Steele and Mrs. Edith Steele Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Strope returned home last Friday night from Bolivar, Tenn., after a 10 day visit with their daughter and son and their families, the Willims Stropes and the George Worleys. The WMS of the First Brethren church will meet in the home of Mrs. Juanita Liggdtt, Riley Road, Friday evening, November 5 at 7:30 p.m. The Laymen of the church will meet rn the home of Ralph Wise at the same date and time. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Roush, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Roush and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Ulbricht were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mrg. Lulu Roush and Pearl. Mr. and Mrs. James Solmos of 223 Lawndale, LaPorte, are the parents of a daughter, born Tuesday, Nov. 2. She weighed seven pounds, eight ounces. Diane Clady of Lakeville, entertained Sunday honoring the I irthday of her mother, Mrs. LaRue Donathen. Dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. David Donathen and son Scott, of Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Chet Kline, of South Bend; Peggy, Beth and Laßue Donathen, also Malena Soskic and afternoon guests were Mr. and Mrs. Don Howell, of Lakeville and Mr. and Mrs. Kent Howell of Walkerton. Monday guests who visited at the Donathen home were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Blinding. of Lakeville, and Mrs. Ralph Little and Mrs. Harold Harding, of North Liberty. Help support the band. CLYDE STULLS MOVE TO MICHIGAN Mr. and Mrs, Clyde Stull, since selling their home on Road 4, North Liberty, have moved to Michigan. They are staying temporarily with Mr. and Mrs. Everet'c Lower, while their home is being completed at 1222 Shoreview, Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Whitmore Lake is 20 miles north of Ann Arbor. Mr. Stull hag accepted a position with Dexter Plywood Lumtier Co. as manager. Mrs. Stull is employed by the Smokies Co., working in their real estate office in Ann Arbor and studying for real estate license. The Stulls hope to be in their home on the lake by November 1. It goes without saying they are looking forward to the fish-
