Pymouth; Miss Tonnie Harrold, New Buffalo, Michigan, cousin of the bride and Miss Cindy Martin, sister of the groom, Plymouth. The attendants were dressed alike in deep purple velvet midriffs and lavendar crepe floor length gowns wi'ih ruffles at the jewel neckline. Full long sleeves highlighted with a deep flounce at the hemline of the A-line skirts completed the gowns. Miss Laurie Han-oia, sister of the bride, was the flower girl. Her dress was almoat identical to the other attendants and was made by Peggy Jo Piotrowicz, cousin of the bride. Bryon Winrotte, cousin of the bridegroom, was ring bearer. The candlelighters were Tim and Tom Harrold, brothers of the bride. Mark McGarvey, Terre Haute, served as best man. Groomsmen were Hugh Geren, Plymouth, brother-in-law of the groom; David L. Papp, Fish Lake, brother of the bride and Bill Harrold, Mill creek, brother of the bride. Ushers were Craig Downing, South Bend, cousin of the bridegroom; John Walker and Dave Frazier, Walkertn. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Fish
Lake American Legion. A roast hog dinner was served to 400 guests. The four-tiered wedding cake was topped with a bridal ornament and served by Peggy Jo Piotrowicz, cousin of I the bride. Gina Johnson, sister I of the bride, presided at the I punch bowl with Terri Kincaid, * Paula Payton, Debbie Six and ? Mrs. Jane Smith assisting with | the serving. The newlyweds lert for a hon- j eyrnoon trip to southern Indiana and are now living at Terre Haute where the groom is atitendinig Indiana S^it^ University. He is a graduate of John Glenn High School and the bride is a graduate of LaPorte High School. The bride chose as her going away outfit a candy pink crepe pant suit with a keyhole neckline accented in Venice lace and frosted with a pink satin ribbon, with tapered lines. Community Club Card Party Chairmen Named The Worn in's Community Club of Walkerton^ has completed plans and committee chairmen have been named for the Card Party to be held November 12, at 7.00 p.m. in the Community Building. Please nite date change as the first date scheduled was October 22. Mrs. William MicnaisKi, ways and means chairman, has appointed the following: Mrs. Frank C. Kramer and Mrs. Leonard Beaty, door prizes; Mrs. Roy Newell, refreshments and cake sale; Mrs. Acil Hunter, tables and chairs; Mrs. Allen Seaholm, pubicity. Ms. Michalski and her committee Mrs. Evar Peter, son and Mrs. Albert Wohlgemuth are in charge of tablo prizes. Celebration To Re Held Sunday ■ I "BB Mr. and Mrs. Archie Lute, of Knox, will be guests of honor at an open house in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary from 2:00 ’io 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 10 at the Washington Township Fire Station, qu State Road 23. Hosts for 'che occasion will be the children of the Lute's. Harold. Robert and Raymond, of Walkerton, and Paul and Lucille. of Plymouth. The Lutes were married oni October 12, 1921, a‘t the home of the bride’s grandmother in Hamlet, Indiana. Mr. Lute is a firmer east of Knox.
