This is a small town but has the largest Christmas decoration sac tary in the UnPed States which they visited. There are also many buildings of interest to visit on conduc ed tours which are given each day.

Mrs. George Pfeiffer is a patient in the Pine Lake Hospital, LaPorte for tests. Mrs. George Hillis and Mrs. Chester Griffin attended the Mid - Summer Council meetings of the Indiana Federation of Clubs in Indianapolis on Tuesday of this week. ATTENDING WORKSHOP Jane Ecker of Walkerton Is attending a Workshop in Elco nomic Education being held July 19 - August 20 at Ball State University. Dr. Jerrold Shive, assistant piofessor of economics., is workshop director. The workshop focuses on understanding key concepts and generalizations from economics as well as methods by which economic understand ings can be taught. Methods for intergrading the study of ec onomics with various other areas of study are considered as well as methods for various levels of
