Chairman Joseph Bottorff reported that plans are being formulated for the Appreciation Banquet, honoring Tyner's own Carroll Zartman, who will be in' stalled as Grand Master of Indiana Oddfellows on October 14, at Grand Lodge Session in Indianapolis. The banquet for Mr. Zartman will be held October 24th at the John Glenn High School in Walkerton. Committtee members making plans are Mr. and Mrs. Joseph t Bottorff and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Dipert.
