A son was born August 28 to Mr. and Mrs. Steven Bailey, of Goshen. Mrs Esther Harman is the great-grandmother. Billy Beauchamp of South Bend spent several days last week with his grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Vern Beauchamp. Sgt. Jerry Howell and Mrs. Howell of Gwinn, Michigan, spent the week end with the latter’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Ulbricht. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wharton of the Flora Brethren Home, spent from Friday through Labor Day with Mr. and Mrs. Carol Wharton and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wharton and Pat. Mrs. Leona Lancaster of Indianapolis and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Reasor of South Bend were dinner guests last Thursday of Mrs. Otto Kurzha,!. iMrs. Lancaster and Mrs. Reasor are sisters of Mrs. Kurzhal.
