WHEREAS, the Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Walkerton have concluded that the following described territory lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the Town of Walkerton, St. Joseph County. Indiana, be annexed and declared to be a part of the Town of Walkerton and that said territory be provided with the zoaing classification set forth below, NOW THREREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF WALKERTON.
