WHEREAS, the Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Walkerton have concluded that the following described territory lying contiguous to the corporate limits of the Town of Walkerton, 6t. Joseph County, Indiana, be annexed and declared to be a part of the Town of Walkerton and that said territory be provided with the zoning ‘classification set forth below, NOW THREREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF WALKERTON, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA, THAT: SECTION 1. The following described contiguous territory be and the same is hereby annexed । to and declared to be a part of # the Town of Walkerton, St. Joseph County. said school property; thence West on the South line of said Polk-Lincoln-Johnson School Corporation property to a point 300 feet East of the center line of Georgia Street as extended South, also known as Huckelberry Road; thence South parallel with the center line of Huckelberry Road, to a point East of the South line of Walkerton Trail as it enters upon Huckelberry Road; thence West 1600 ft. more or less an don the South line of Walkerton Trail and to the Southwest corner of lands of Roy J. S. Highway 6 shall hereafter be within and a part of

that district designated in the zoning ordinances of the Town of Walkerton, St. Joseph County. Indiana as “commercial.” SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, due attestation and legal publication.
