Grert, 36, a native of Walkerton ho died Tuesday of a heart ttack in his home, in Terre [aute were held at 9 a.m. hursday at the Patrick J. Ryan uneral Home. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. riday, with Rev. Norris King, istor of the Teegarden United 'ethodist Church officiating at lardin Memorial Chapel, Lakeille. Burial was in Woodlawn emetery, Wakerton. Friends may give memorial ontributions to the Heart Fund. ! He was born June 21, 1934, in L’alkerton and was raised in pegarden. He married the forcer Jean Janzen, who survives, n addition to two sons, Tad and Cyle, both at home; his parents, Tr. and Mrs. John Grenert of Valkerton; and two sisters, Mrs. >aniel Stump and Mrs. Thelma 'rump both of South Bend.

He received a B. S. degree from Indiana University in 1956 and was graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in 1959 and settled in Terre Haute in 1960 to practice law. He served in the Judge Advocate General's office while serving in the Air Force Reserve from 1958 to 1964. Judge Grenert was appointed city court judge in Terre Haute December 18, 1969 by Gov. Whitcomb. Judge Grenert served as legal counsel for the Terre Haute Board of Aviation Commissioners and was a member of the Terre Haute Bar Assn., the Indiana Bar Assn., the American Judicative Society, Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, the American Arbitration Assn, .and the Assn, of Interstate Commission Practitioners. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery. He was born July 31, 1931 in LaPorte, and was a Walkerton resident until he moved to Grand Island in 1950. Survivors include two sons. Billy and Dean, both at home; one daughter, Peggy at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe DuVall of Walkerton; three brothers, Charles and Quentin of Los Angeles ? and James of Honolulu; and one sister, Mrs. Richard Spaid of Plymouth. Nebraska Coroner G. Thompson ruled that death resulted from a gastro-intestinal hemorrhage which was due to a ruptured ulcer. Thompson set the time of death as sometime Monday. C. J. Tuszynski Clement John Tuszynski, 60, of route 2, Walkerton, died Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the E Street division hospital, as a result of an accident Wednesday, July 15, when he lost control of the State Highway pick-up truck he was driving. He was born in LaPorte September 26, 1909 to Frank and Josephine (Povlock) Tuszynski and had lived here all his life. He was married in New Buffalo, Michigan, to Ruth Mayo, who survives. He was an employee of the State Highway department. Among survivors are his wife; two sons, Frank Edwwde. at home and Clement Jr., of Rolling Prairie; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Jones and Mrs. Sharon Thomas, both of California; three sisters, Mrs. Horace Hiatt of Galien, Michigan and Mrs. Mary Otlewski and Mrs. Wanda Erickson. both of Michigan City, and 14 grandchildren.
