Mrs. Myrtle Donathen was a Mother’s Day dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Donathen, Jim and Karen. The WMS of the First Brethren Church will have a Tupper Ware party on Thursday evening. May 21st at the Community Building beginning at 7:30 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Whiteleather and daughters of South Bend, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sorgenfrei and family of South Bend and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bailey and family of Goshen were Mother’s Day visitors of Mrs. Esther Harman. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shaffer and daughters entertained guests at a Mother s uay and birthday dinner in their home Sunday. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Guy Rizek and children, Mrs. Edna German. Diane Clady, Lakeville and Mrs. Myrtle Donathen as guests. The occasion was in honor of Scott Allan's first birthday, grandson of the Laßue Donathen's. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Noel of Ameticus, Georgia are the parents of a son born on Monday, May 11. He has been named Donald Lee and weighs 8 pounds and 9 ounces. Mrs. Noel is the former Reva Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Clark. This is their first great-grandson for the Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Clarks.
