Mr. and Mrs. Charles Metzler of Elkhart spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Alta Walter. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Clark and Mi and Mrs. Robert Mann and daughters were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Stull in Plymouth. Old Fashioned Gospel Sing will be held on Saturday, April 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the North Liberty Gymnasium sponsored by the Beaver Creek Wesleyan Church. Miss Karla Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Quinn Road, returned home from the Osteopathic hospital, South Bend, after having surgery. Rev. and Mrs. Kent Bennet, Jon and Julie returned home recently from Charleston, South Carolina where they visited with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Don Hay, Marlis and Dana and Mrs and Mrs. Robert Payne and family of North Liberty attended the 4-H “Share the Fun" talent program at Jackson High School on Friday evening. A sax guitar duet was played by Marlis Hay and Mary Payne. They received the Participation Award. Mrs. Charles Suain of Layton Road, South Bend entertained guests at a birthday dinner on Sunday in honor of Mrs. Robert Geyer of North Lbierty. Guests were Mrs. Nellie Cilery, Mr. Geyer, Mr. and Mrs Jerry Roush of North Liberty, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Geyer and Dawn of Mishawaka and Mr. Millard Battles of South Bend.
