PLJ School Board News The North Central .Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools recommended Accreditation of the John Glenn High School for the 1970-71 school yi ar. The Polk-Lincln-Johnson Board of Education was informed of this action at then regu--lir board meeting on Tuesday, April 7. North Central Association stated a safety hazard which exists near the John Glenn High School. The emergency exists due to reduced state support for April and the confusion surrounding county tax levies, making it impossible to determine the date county funds might be available. PLJ PTA To Meet Monday The Polk-Lincoln-Johnson PTA will meet on Monday, April 20 at the Walkerton Elementary School at 7:30 pan. The main feature of the evening will be a program on "Drugs" presented by Mr. Glenn Jacob, a local pharmacist Installation of officers will be held, and several musical ensembles from the high school, under the direction of Mr. Donald Swing, will perform.
