Mrs. Walter Taylor had surgery last Friday at the Pine Lake Division hospital, LaPorte. Mrs. Carl Fults of Lake of the Woods, spent Tuesday with her mother, Mrs. Gertrude Sheneman. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Mangus of Bucl|anan. Michigan and Mrs. Laura Mangus of South Bend visited with Mrs. Esther Harman on Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Clark attended the funeral of the litters uncle, Grover Emmons in Logansport last Saturday afternoon. Mr. Emmons was a brother of Mrs. Lesa Shank of Tyner. Mr. and Mrs. Wengand are the parents of a baby daughter. Sara Ann born on March 2. 1970 at John Hopkins Hospital. Baltimore, Maryland. Mrs. Weigand is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Preister of North Liberty and Mr. Weigand is the son of Mrs. Rudy Weigand of Turkey Creek Trail.
