An A-line silhouette gown of nylon organza and Chantilly J.iee over taffeta was worn by the bride. A Camelot headpiece held her full 1 ngth mantilla veil. She carried a cascade of white ^.Tina tions and sweetheart roses Empire gowns of maize chiffon over taffeta were worn by the attendants with matching, bustle-type maline veils. Mrs. David Roush, North Liberty, was the matron o f honor and bridesmaids were Miss Elsie R-^ed, South Bend, sister of the brid", and Mrs. Michal Gaczkowski, Indianapolis. Miss Lisa Odusrh. niece of the bridegroom, was the flower girl. Albert C. Ridenour served as the best man. Ushrs were Michael Sullivan, South Bend, and Michael Gaczkowski, Indianapolis. A reception was held following the ceremony in the church social room. Serving the 5-tier cake were Mrs. Wayne Pontius, Mrs. David Lohse, Mrs Nilas Miller, and Mrs. Leland Zumbaugh. Registering the guests was Miss Patty Reese, sister of the groom. Mrs. Larry Setnor, Miss Nancy Gjmere and the Misses Lynette and Christine Hutchings were in charge of the gifts The bride is a graduate of John Glenn High School and Vogue Beauty Col’ege. The bridegroom is a graduate of Tyner High School and is a senior at Florida State University, Tallahas-oe. The couple will be at home after September 16 in Tallahassee, Florida at 3118 W. Mrs. Elam heads tlv Rebekah Lodge in Walkerton and is employed at the United T lephone Company. Mr Elam is employed in Michigan City with a construction company. Lafayette St, North Liberty, dkd at 8:30 a.in Saturday in th- Carlyle Nursing Home, South Bend, after a long illness She retired from the Bike Webb Co., South B^nd, in 1955. She was born Oct. 21, 1890 in Kejomick, Mich and lived here for 50 years, coming from North Dakota. Her husband, Edward E., died in 1957. Surviving are three sons, Woodrow W of North Liberty, Forrest R. of Walkerton and Clarence L. of Edwardsburg. Mich.; four daughters. Mrs Olive T Thomas of South Bend: Mrs. Mable L.
