D —• a Married □ □ A andali — Hurford On Saturday, Ju’j 12th at 7:00 pm. in the Walkeit in United Methodist Chinch, Miss Paulina Kathryn Vanda 11 became the biide o Douglas Warren Hurford. Rev. Hai old Williams officiated. The bride is the daughter o' Mr. and Mis. Charles Vandall of 409 Georgia St, Walkeiton. The groom's parents uie Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hui ford of R. R. 2, Plymouth. Given in marriage by her father, the biide wore a rloor length gown of lace over yellow satin and chis on. Seed pearls and tear drop rhinestones held her shoulder length veil of illusion. She canied a bouquet of mellow mums and white daisies with yellow streamers. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Mrs. Gary Strubbte of Tyner. She was wearing a floor length gown o' aqua chiffon. She carried a bouquet of blue mums and white daises. Mr. Gary St rubble was best man.. Following the ceremony a reception was h-eld on the lawn of the brides’ parents home. Guests attending the wedding and reception were from Plymouth, LaPaz, Gary, North Liberty, Hamlet and Walkerton.

King — Miller Petersime Chapel on the Manchester College campus, North Manchester, was the setting for the 11:30 am. marriage recently °- Miss Carol Lorraine Miller and George Michael King. Rev. James McGee was the officiating clergyman. The bridge is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter H. Miller, Lafayette. She is a graduate of Klondike High School and Manchester College. A graduate of Walkerton High School, the bridegroom is the son o Mr. and Mrs. Robert King Walkerton. He is a senior at Manchester College. For her marriage, the bride chose an Empire silhoutte gown o r organza and rose Chantilly lace. A gruping of Chantilly lace. A gr aiping of Chantilly pearls and a veil of English illusmn formed the bride’s- headpiece. She carried a colonial bouquet of minature carnations, white daises and white roses accented with stephanotis. Serving as- maid of honor was Miss Peg Freestone o' Lafayette. Miss Pat Furrej- of Dayton, Ohio was the bridesmaid. They were attired in maize chif f on, sheath gowns trimmed with
