Mrs. Ann Orich t>f Hammond was a recent visitor of her sister, Mrs. Mary Bard in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Keeling. The Koontz Lake Senior Citizens will meet Thursday. Feb. 20 at the Koontz Lake Conservation Club. Refreshments will be served at LOU p.m., followed by a business meeting and social hour. Anyone into.e ted is invited to attend whether a senior citizen or not. Keni Skiles celebrated her 9th birthday Monday with a supper given for her in the home <rf her parents. Games were played and cake and ice cream was served for refreshments. During Informal rush last fall, sponsors 1 by Purdue’s Panhellenic Association, rushees were escorted by Panhellenlc counselors to parties given by each sorority. Upon invitation during forma! rush, each rushce could attend five Informal "coke” parties. All the formal rush activities took pl ice during the university's semester break from classes. At the close of formal rush, each rusher was asked to list the sororities she liked in order of prefare nee. There lists were then fed into a computer to match her highest preference among the sororities which askt .1 her to join. Mrs. Calvin Tarlton rioted her mother, Mrs. Margureite Bisbee in Fostoria, Ohio last Friday. Friday night she visited at the home of her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Tyson in Wayne, Ohio.
