Chamber Plans Annual Christmas Decorating Contest The Walkerton Chamber of Commerce's outdoor decorating contest will again be a highlight of the season this year as the Chamber will once more encourage people to decorate for the holiday season through this means. Cash prizes will be awarded to 10 people for the decorations. As in years past, several categories will be given with the judges having final say and the opportunity to altar this as the motifs decide. Ba ically the categories will be: Religious, outdoor trees, windows, santas and general. The winner o f the merchant decoration chosen best will have their name inscribed on the plaque us has been the custom for the past three years. Announcement of the judging time will be announced next week. It will be Jone in time to publish the winners so all can see the decorations during the holiday season. Five prizes of $lO and five o p $5 will again be awarded.
