On Friday, November 1, 18 ladies donated their services to our Community Improvement Projec t for 1968. This project involves making 30 ladies and 11 men’s flannel nightgowns *or the R and N Nursing Home in Teegarden. It Is hoped these garments will be completed in time for Christmas. At a short business meeting Mrs. Helen Mitchell gave the devotions. Mrs. Leonard Beaty of Walkerton was elected to membership. Mrs. Ward A wall gave a repo-t on "The Scissors Corps" Members were asked to save all commemorative stamps, being sure to Include the post mark, and to cut them to the following size -4" horizontally and 2” vertically. These stumps will be sold and the proceeds will be turned over to the Tuberculosis Foundation. Mrs. Awald will be happy to accept all contributions.
