home after a lengthly illness. She was born April 17, 1881, in North Liberty where she liv* i all her life. She was married Dec. 24, 19U0. to Frank C. - Fetzer, who survives. Also surviving are two sons. Dr. W. Reed Fetzer of North Liberty, and John N. of Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Heim of North Liberty; a sister, Mrs. Charles Perry of South Bend; five grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Palmer Funeral Home, Rev. Thomas ' Rough, pastor of the Central United E U B. Church of South Bend, officiated and burial was in Eastlawn Cemetery in North Liberty. She was a member of the North Liberty United Methodist Church and the W.S.C.S. G. A. Lundquist G. A. Lundquist died on Wednesday, October 16, Fort Myers, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Helen Ruggles Lundquist of 4036 Wood side Ave., Fort Myers, Fh>nda; und his step children, Mrs. Kenneth Knowlton (X Walkerton, Mr. Kenneth Ruggles of Hamlet and Mrs. Roland Cantway of North Fort Myers, Florida. Fred F. Sheely Sr. Fred F. Sheely Sr., 74, of 68500 Pine Rd., North Liberty, died at 4 1U p in. Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital after an illness of three years. He wus born Nov. 21, 1893, near Warsaw, and moved to North Liberty 27 years ago from Granger. He was married March 11. 1918, in Elkhart to the former Amber Higginson who survives. Also surviving are two son, Fred F. Jr. of North Liberty und Max L. of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Kline of North Liberty and Mrs. Paul Topper of California; five grandchildren and four great-grand-children. Funeral servidees will be held at the Harden Memorial Chapel, ut 10 30 am. Thursday. He was a World War I veteran and will be buried in Fairview Cemetery, Mi hawaka. D n B I K 1 ti a □ . North Liberty Womans Club Meets The North Liberty Womens Club met at the home of Ms. He-mm Brinkhoff. Friday morning for mils and coffee. Mrs. Osborn Fisher and Mrs. Russell Carr were assisting hostess. Twenty members and guests were present. Guests were Mrs. Dolores Holderreud of Plymouth, Mrs. Henry Polman, Mrs. McGwin, and Mrs. Harley Knowlton. Year b<x>ks were passed out. A report on the convention was given. Mrs. Fisher gave the devotions. Mrs. Polman gave a lesson on cake Decorating. Eight cakes were decorated. Some were sold. The next meeting will be Nov. 15th at the Community Building, with the business meeting beginning ut 10:00 a.m. The hostesses, Mrs. Clell Bare, Mrr. Kenneth Reed and Mrs. W titer Slattery will furnish homemade rolldrink and a meat dish. Club members are asked tr> bring salad.- or desserts, and their own table services.
