I police would quit sitting on their hands and travel some of the side roads they just might catch some of the people dumping thentrash and garbage there. Have th.-m look on Starke Uounty Rd. 875 Northeast end on the Starke Marshall County line and other side roads I myself made a man pick up his load and it was a 2 wheel trailer load, off 875 N at Clarks hay barn. He had a Walkerton license. I told him to do his dumping in St. Joseph County and not m Starke Cuonty. I followed him to the County line on Rd 23 to see that he left Starke Co. I don't expect to see anything done about this dumping on the side roads. A very disgusted Starke Co. Resident Our ClMßlfleds - Only 75c.
