Rainbow News Walkerton Order of Rainbow for girls held its regular meeting Monday March 11. The meeting was opined in regular form by Worthy Advisor Linda Daube, Guests greeted and introduced were Mrs. Gary Clark, Mrs. Mike Haynes, Mrs. Walter Pickavet, Mrs. Robert King, Mrs. Bruce Henry. Mr. Al Drews Grand Lxcturer of Dist. 1 & 26. Miss Karen Reisner Rose Lecturer from Union Mills assembly No. 132, Miss Sherri Burkett Drill Leader Union Mills, Miss Linda Williamson Worthy Associate Adv. from Union Mills who protemed for charity. Linda Daube, worthy advisor reminded all girls to turn in Heart Fund Money to Mrs. Robert Lidy. Mrs. Bruce Henry. Candy ('hr., gave a report and urg'd girls to get their money to her so sale can be concluded. Girls wire congratulated on amount of money sold so far. A letter was read from the Chamber of Com me ice to participate as a club in the coming Summer Festival. It was voted to join this project. Plans will be discussed at next meeting.
