Two local episodes of trouble the past week that are known resulted directly from minors and drinking. And yet time after time, trouble ends up In charges dropped, if they are even filed tn the first place. This Is not a crusade ngainst minors dmking. but with the tremendous increase in crime on all levels, somethng has to stop sometime. The lack of arrests and convictions are making all violators fearless. The Menominee District of TriVnlley Council of Boy Scouts of America is Conducting a campaign for sustaining membership in Scouting. This campaign wall run from March 5 through the 12th.
