Floyd Diperts To Celebrate 25th Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Dipert, Walkerton, will be honored at a reception from 2 to 5 p.m. ('ST on Sunday. March 3, in celebration oft Heir 25th wedding versary’The open house will be at the Walkerton Presbyterian church and will be given by their sons and daughter, Lewis, Leon, Melvin. Terry and Judy. They say that all friends of the couple are welcome; no invitations are being sent. Plans have been made for the couple to renew their marriage vows at 2:30 In the church. The pastor. Rev. David Owens, will conduct the service. Mr. and Mrs. Dipert were married on March 2. 1913 at the Evangelical United Brethren parsonage. The Rev. Mrs. F. A. Risley, now deceased. performed the rites. Mr. Dipert’s brother. Wayne Dipert. and his sister. Mrs. Robert Holt, the former June Dipert. were the best man and maid of honor for them. Floyd Dipert, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. L wis Dipert, lived in Johnson Township, graduated from Union Township high school. H<- is now with the Kingsbury Licker Plant. HR wife also lived in the Walkerton area and sho Attended Gmvertown schools. She is employed by Plas-Steel Company In Walkerton. Her parents, now deceased, were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Heck. District Officers Visit American Legion Auxiliary The annual visit of District Officers of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit will be the highlight of the meeting of the local Unit in Walkerton, is announced bv Unit president, Mrs. Lurry i John i Groves. District officer expected to attend will be. district president, Mrs. Myrtle Kinser, Michigan Citv; district secretary, Mrs. G. Bauer, of Westville; and Ist vice president Mrs. Helen Conn of South Bend. Plans will ne tormulated for the American Legion Annual Birthday Party to be held in March. Hostesses for the evening will be Mrs. Dorothy Flaugher and Mrs. Edward Klopfenstein.

4-H Fashion And Sewing Clinic March 2nd A 4-H Fashion & Sewing Clinic will be held Saturday, March 2. 1968 at the Jackson High School Auditorium, 5001 Miami Road, South Bend. Theme for the Clinic, which is planned to help all present and prospective 4-H clothing members with their 1968 Clothing project, will be "Fashion Mates For ‘6B", The clinic is being sponsored by the St. Joseph County Cooperative Extension Service and coordinated by Dixie Hosier, Assistant Extension Agent. Over 1500 county girls (10 - 18 years of age) and their mothers are being invited to participate. In two identical sessions (9 30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.i the clinic will present Mrs. Billie Jenn Ellsworth, clothing specialist of the Cooperative Extension
