Miss Harriet Mechlmg of Chicago spent the week end with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mcchling. Mrs. Jake Powell spent last Thursday and Friday in Indianapolis visiting in the home of her daughter Mr. and Mrs. Terry Lute and son. Friday and Saturday, February 23rd and 24th are final days of Winter Clearance Sale at Studio Dress Shop. There will be many items for SI.OO. Mr. and Mrs. Mahlon Jacob, Jennifer and Jeff spent Sunday visiting in the home of his brother Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Jacoba jn Angola. Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Rheinhardt and Mrs. Esther Kaufman were in Niles, Michigan last Friday paying respect to Mr. Carl Ganter whose funeral was on Saturday. Mrs. Ganter was a former resident of Stillwell, Indiana. Mr. and Mrs William Heim and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Olson of South Bend, spent the week end in Toledo Ohio. Mrs, Olson will be remembered as the former Miriam Kuhn. At Tavarus, Florida she visibd Mr. and Mrs. Wajne Shot maker from South Bend. Another item <>f interest was her trip ar< und ('ape Kennedy. She attended a mother and daughter banquet while in Jacksonville and visited many other places of interest. Mr. and Mrs. Acil Hunter had as Sunday dinner guests Mr. and Mrs. !>el Fisher, Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schultz of Highland and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Seaholm. The afternoon was spent playing bridge as these visitors were members of their bridge club before coming to Indiana. Mr. and Mrs, Clyde Bick entertained with a dinner Sunday honoring the 40th wedding anniversary of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oren Conrad. Other guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Conrad of Rocheater and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Burkett and family of Swayzee. Mrs. Roy De Simone was In lonia Michigan last week and last from lonia hospital to her •wn home in lonia. Mrs. Waldron is slowly recovering from several major operations and is still a bed patient Mrs. Elsie Elder ia staying with her this week. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Beagles entertain at a family dinner Sun. honoring the birthday of Mrs. Roger Hcllinga. She visted her daughter and family Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Stahly, of Jacksonville. Mr. and Mrs. Herald Hostetler entertained at a family Sunday for Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Skinner, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barden and family, Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Roy Hahn Sr. and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Roy Hahn Jr. and family. The dinner was in celebration of Sgt. Larry Barden who is home on leave, the wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barden and Mr. Hostetlers birthday.

The program was a round table discussion of the lessons taught through literature on Missionary Work and yearly programs. Eight members and two guests, Mrs. Alice Barney and Mrs. Daube were present.
