Two hundred and thirty eight works by Indiana artists were on exhibit Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority awards four hundred and fifti dollars each year, this award is used as a purchase priz< to add to their collection of ninty-one paintings by seventyfour different artists which is housed in the Brown County Art Guild Galleries at Nashville. Indiana. This year the purchase prizes were awarded to Ixe Coblentz. 'What If The Sun Shone Not,' Martha Slaymaker, •Rock Struckers. Mesa V- rde.' and Patricia Eberhart Victor, 'Summer.' In addition to the purchase prize awards, the Jury Prize of Distinction for an Outstanding Painting. Any Medium was established this year as an annual award of four hundred dollars in memory of Beryl Showers Holland, a founder of Tn Kappa and president of the Hoosier Salon for twenty-two years.
