BREAKFAST STEAK RAISIN’ TOASTWICHES 4 minute or cube steaks 4 tomato slices Butter 2 tea*j>oons lemon juice Seasoned salt 1 tablespoon finely chopped Pepper parsley 8 slices raisin bread Water Quickly pan fry steaks !n 1 tablespoon butter until lightly browned on each side. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Toast and butter raisin bread. Top 4 slices with steaks; keep hot. Add 3 tablespoons butter to pan drippings. Add tomato । slices and cook lightly on both sides. Sprinkle with lemon julca and parsley. Place tomato slice on top of each steak. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons water to skillet. Heat quickly and spoon sauce over steaks. Sene with remaining raisin toast. Makes 4 serving*.
