Time Issue Due Again
The tim* issu* in Indi ina has been a pi■ >blem. In oUi I* ■al ar- a it i fi It du* t" th' tu t that f"i‘ y* ai tln h 'Urd u y hn< 11 the tim* ih n • 1 .<b" n n ।iv i- ■ i th •'in i. Regardless"! wh t lav. have been passed for Indiana, the various areas do just as tiny please anyway. After four winters of fast tim*. last year mayor Allen, of South B* nl. decided just five days prior to the change for some areas, that Mayor Allen, of South Bend, the clocks back and slow time would be with us again. This year who knows. Walkerton and North Liberty are c mpi lied to perate on the same time as s uth Bend due Voice Os The People I had just finished reading the article about the Teen Dances and was disturb*' I as the article noted there are usually just a few who do the wrong and cause disturbance and then people think all teenage i s are bad. My husband and I have c haperoned a dance and foun 1 all the teenagers Will behaved except for maybe one or two who must be watched closely, so you wonder why did they bother to com* '.’ My daughter, a junior at John Glenn High Sc hool just informed me that the class floats would not be* judged in the Homecoming parade because of a group who had thrown things and had misbehaved. Why must the whole school be penalized? Couldn't there be a better way? I am sure these students felt no guilt or remorse, or they would not have done it in the first place. Many parents had helped in some way so we too were punished. Let's hope in th* 1 future parents will try to know where and what there children are doing and not let this happen again. Concerned
