through again. After kicking off to the Tigers, the ball was put in play on the 30 yard line from where New Carlisle put their only sustained drive of the night together and scored their touchdown. A couple of plays gained very little but King ran a keeper on third down and after moving through the line, reversed his field to his left and outran everyone but Eberly as he snaked 39 yards for a first down on the Shamrock 29 yard line. Four cracks at the line picked up 15 yards before the Tigers were penalized for offside, but on a third and 14 play, Shuey gathered in a screen pass from King and raced to the light corner of the fid 1 diving in for the wore. Doug Clark kicked the point and it was 21-7 with 6:46 to play in the game. New Carlisle executed a perfect onside kick and rcovered the ball moved in seven plays to the Shamrock 19 before losing possession on downs. From hero the Shamrocks were content to use up a lot of the clock, but a third down play trying to maintain posession turned out to bo the big play of the ball game as Summerfield hit Fisher with a safety valve pass behind the lino of scrimmage and the speedy halfback moved through the New Carlisle team with some good blocking and got in the open to outrun everyone for an 84 yard touchdown play. Again Ronnie Young booted the extra point an I the score was boosted to 28-7, which it remained through the final two minutes for an impressive Shamrock win. The win. the Shamrock's second of the season, was also their second in conference play. They presently have a 2-1 record with one conference game remaining, that being the final game ot the season with LaVllle. Overall the record is 2-2 with the homecoming game the next big (late on Saturday afternoon against Knox.
