Sunday there were 25 youths of the United Methodist Church who went to Tower Hill. Mrs. R. W. Wolfram of South Bend spent Sunday with Mrs. J. F. Spencer. Mr. and Mrs. William Skinner and family have moved to Plymouth. There new address is 1301 Michigan St.. Plymouth. Bob Mellin spent last week with his giandparents Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Penick at Hamilton Lake. Indiana. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bierly and Mr and Mrs. Amos Bierly took Miss Ethel Bierly out for dinner on Friday evening in honor of Ethel's birthday. Mr. and Msr. Berlin Burnside of Gary were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Wildei Burn..ide. Tuesday evening Mr. and Mrs. W. Burnside Were supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Baumgartner in Milford. Dave and Pat Mellin were in Indianapolis on Saturday to attend the Sesquicentennial celebration of the Grand Lodge of Indiana. FM and AM at Butler University. The speaker was Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. Janies Zulliger who has been stationed at Kessler AFB, Mississippi spent a two week furlough with his sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Anderson and his mother. Mrs. Gilbert Vick in Hanna. He left Sunday for Oregon where he will be stationed. Mr. and Mrs. Wendlen Schmaltz and four children of Springfield. South Dakota arrived Sunday and spent several days with thi Ande- s'ns. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Shultz are visiting with friends and relatives in the area for a few days. They are from Tucson. Arizona. Miss Sharon Garab, Lansing. Michigan spent the week end with her parents in Walkerton and attended thv Garab familyreunion at the Sig Garab home near New Carlisle on Sunday. Mrs. Dorothy Knowlton, Mrs. Mary, Bauer. Ethel Bierly. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Bick and children and Rev. and Mrs. Harold Williams attended an Open House honoring the new South Bend District Superintendent, Dr. Donald F. McMahan at the Lakeville Methodist Church. Mr. and Mrs. Gus Verkier and son James ;nd Mrs. M. Schwartzentraub of Walkerton and Mr and Mrs. Harry Verkier of South Bend attended the Golden annivesary party for Mr. and Mrs. Ben Verkier of RivetForest. Chicago, Saturday. A one o’clock luncheon followed by a reception was held iu the Neilson Restaurant. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Johnson. Vanßuren, Indiana became the parents of twin sons. Tuesday June 13. The boys have been named William and Paul. The Johnsons have another s< n David, three and one half years old. Mrs. Johnson is the former Janet Awald the daughter of Ward Awald and the late Mrs. Awald.

Mr. and Mrs. John Clark and family of Wallarton and Mi. and Mrs. Steve Clark and family of LaPorte have returned from an S day vacation trip to Montreal, Canada, where they attended the Expo ‘67. They visited Riverview on Monday, on Tuesday evening they were at the World Premiere of "Divorce American Style,” with Debbie Reynolds, who was there in person, and they also went to the Palmer House.
