HR. 2 North Liberty were united in marriage at a candlelight ceremony, Saturday June 3 in the All Sain’: EU.B. Church in South Bend. The Rev. Kenneth Feulke presided for the double ring ceremony at 7 30 p.m. The bride given tn marriage by her father chose a gown of white silk organza over taffeta. The empire style gown had a modified neckline and long sleeves coming to a point over the wrist. Tiny seed pearls and irridescent sequins hi-lighted the bodice. Thu A-hne skirt was accented by a deep center pleat and a tailored bow at the front. A removable full chapel train fell gracefully from the waist. An open crown of Alencon lace re-embroidered with pearls and crystal held her bouffant veil of imputed silk illusion. She carried a cresent bouquet centered with a yellow centered white orchid, surrounded by stephanotis. Mr. Guy Zimmerman, uncle of the bride, of Fort Wayne sang the Lords Prayer, accompanied by Mrs Chloedelle Finney’ of South Bend. Mrs. Donald McGrath sister of the bride, of Fort Wayne was matron of honor and sisters of the <(»uple, Miss Vicki Bullinger and Miss Brenda Shoemaker served as bridesmaids. They wore identical gowns of Princess sheath styling in nile green chiffon over matching taffeta. A floating coat effect was accented by matching velvet bows on each shoulder. Matching bows held their bouffant veils. They carried bouquets of star like amazon lilies and stephanetis accented with forest green streamers. Little Miss Laura Lee McGrath of Fort Wayne, niece of the bride was flower girl. Her gown was identical to the other attendants with the exception of the coat. Young Jon Holderbaum, cousin of the groom of North Liberty carried the rings on a white satin pillow. Brothers of the couple, Doug Shoemaker and Fred Bullinger Jr. seated the guests. A rception was held in the church social room for 175 guests. Mrs. Herbert Riedel of Bremen cut the cake and Miss Erilson of South Bnd served. Miss Monica Riedel of Bremen was in charge of the guest b<x>k. The mother of the bride wore a lime green whip cream sheath.

Fur her going away dress the bride chose a suit of navy and white polka dot with white accessories. Following a trip to Southern Indiana the couple will be at home at 2112 South Main St.. South Bend. The bride is a graduate of Riley High School, South Bend and is employed at Hoosier Springs Co., South Bend. Mr. Shoemaker graduated from North Liberty High School and is employed with Shoemaker Welding Co., of North Liberty.
