North Liberty’s Samrocks placed third in the LaVille Relays Saturday afternoon coming in behind Culver and the host LaVille team. The Shamrocks won the two-mile relay and had first and second in the pole vault as Ronnie Young and Jim Fraser finished in the two top spots. They 10101x1 78 points in the meet with champion Culver getting 93*^, LaVille 79‘n, Triton 53 and Argos 48. The Summary: Shuttle hurdle relay: 1. Culver (Haines, Jackson, Overmyer, MiJner); 2. Swanson, livestock market agency and dealer in business as Walkerton Livestock Commission Sales, Walkerton, Ind. and as Etna Bourbon Livestock Sales. Division of USDA’s Consumer and Marketing Service charged that Mr. Swanson’s financial condition does not meet PA-S Act requirements, and that as of Feb. 1, 1967, his current liabilities exceeded his current assets by approxi mutely $72,960. The complaint also charges that Mr. Swanson: 1. Operated as a livestock market agency from Jan. 1 tiu-ough Feb. 1, 1967, while his current liabilities exceeded Ids current assets. 2. Improperly list'd funds received from the sale of consigned livestock in January, resulting in a shortage of proceeds due shippers of approximately $73,760 as of Feb. 1, 1967. 3. Failed to keep required accounts and records from Dec. 31, 1966 through Feb. 1, 1967. Mr. Swanson will have an opportunity for a formal hearing on these charges, after which the
