She showed slides and told of her experience us an exchange student in Tokyo, Japan. She wore a Japanese dress and showed many souvenirs typical of the Japanese culture. Ellsworth Stone presided at the business meeting. It was announced that a paper drive sponsored by St. Jos. Co. Young Adult Club Would be held April 22. Anyone having paper to donate should take them to Herman Brinkoffs. 1 mile north at North Liberty on State Road 23. Learn and Service Coffee Hour in connection with Mental Health TV program to be shown May 3 at 9:00 a.m., channel 22. Devotions were given bj Kathryn Stone. Banquet Concludes Farm Classes The Adult Farmer Classes were concluded last week with their annual Banquet held at the Walkerton Elementary School. Leon Verhaegho Agriculture Vocation; 1 teacher here was the master of ceremonies for the cooperative supper. The ham was furnished by the Tyner Tractor Service. The program was a movie shown on landscaping and planning the areas around the home. Material was distribued on lawn care. Diplomas were awarded to men who attended 70% of the meetings.
