Information Kits Available On Medicare Medicare beneficiaries who signed up for medical insurance protection can now obtain an information kit to help them keep a record nf their doctor bills so they will know when they reach their yearly SSO deductible. Mr Charles E. Burke, South Bend Social Security District Manager, announced today. The kit includes a record-keep-ing folder and two leaflets which explain the two methods of payment for medical insurance claims, and what medical expenses count for the SSO deductible. The folder has pockets on the inside for holding doctor bills and space to write in the date and amount of each bill so that the beneficiary will know immediately when he reaches the

At one time or another, every one must fOl a moment of truth. It is a normal pattern of living. At times, the uncloakid truth is hard to take when it reveals bad luck or disaster. At that moment, we can close the door and try to hide from the despairing truth Or, w. can open the door and courageously face reality. When we face reality, we must face the fact that self pity docs not and can not create pride and who among us can deny a desin to b.- proud? A moment of truth can be like a fading candle light that leaves us dreary behind a closed door Or, it can be a beacon of light that shines our path as we < pen the d<«<r to face thfuture. When compelled to face a moment of truth we can gain help from examples of others who showed us how it is possibb to triumph over tragedy.
