Community Club Hears Talk On Education The Women's Community Club met at the Community building on Friday, March 4th. The meeting was opened by the president, Mrs. Frank Helfrich with the usual proceedures. Members answered roll rail with an ancient or modern proverb or phrase. Mr. Harold Muncie, principal of the John Glenn high school, was speaker for the day. His address was titled "Trends in Education." He spoke of the flexibility of the curriculum due t-i the change in times and the p<pulati< n explosion Ho stress<d the possibility of students being able to attend school four h- urs a day and to be employed the rest of the day. H> quoted Thomas Jefferson as saving. "A nation to stand, must be founded on education." Following the address by Mi Munch Mrs. Gra<e Atwood gave the devotions. Hostesses for the day were Mr Frank Kramer, Mrs Bess Turnbull and Mis. Mary Griffin The tabh s were decorated in hh< -I decor with little red school hc-uses and miniature graduate students. Mrs. M.
