The Public Service Commission of Indiana and the legal forces of 11 small tuw'na in Northern Indiana, have won their fight to prevent the Associated Telephone Co., from purchasing and merging the small telephone companies tn these towns, after a long legal battle. The towns in which the Associated Telephone Co., sought to effect the purchase and merger included Bremen, Nappanee, North Juds< n, Walkerton, North Liberty, Lakeville, Tyner, Wolcott, Goodland, Mount Ayr and Klondike.
